Privacy Policy
What information we collect, why, and when we delete it.
The terms below were originally written in Korean. Even where a translation is provided, the Korean original prevails in the event of any difference in interpretation.
1. Information We Collect
- Email address
- When using social login (Google, Kakao): the email address and name (nickname) of that account
- Order information (purchased product, order number)
- Payment status information (the payment itself is processed through PortOne and payment gateway (PG) providers, and the Company does not store payment method information such as card numbers)
- Customer support inquiry content, device model, error screenshots
2. Purposes of Use
- Issuing and delivering eSIMs
- Processing orders and confirming payments
- Customer support and refund processing
- Improving the service
3. Entrustment of Processing and Provision to Third Parties
To provide the service, we entrust processing to, or provide information to, the companies below.
- Korea PortOne Co., Ltd. ((주)코리아포트원) — entrusted with payment integration and processing
- Integrated payment gateway providers (Kakao Pay, Korea Payment Networks (한국결제네트웍스)) — payment authorization, settlement and refund processing. If a payment method is added, this Policy will be updated to reflect it and notice will be given.
- PayPal — authorization and refund processing for international payments (outside Korea)
- Vultr — servers and data storage (outside Korea: Japan region)
- Resend — sending order/issuance/refund notification emails (outside Korea: United States)
- Zoho — receiving and managing customer support emails (outside Korea: EU)
- ImprovMX Incorporated — receiving and forwarding emails sent to our support address (support@kedanto.com) (outside Korea: United States)
- eSIM supplier (eSIM Access) — issuing eSIM profiles (outside Korea; minimum information such as the order number)
Some of the entrusted parties above are located outside Korea, and only the minimum information necessary to provide the service is transferred to them.
4. Retention Period
In accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. and other applicable laws, records of contracts and payments are retained for 5 years and then destroyed. Other information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of use has been achieved.
